a) During the whole of the period that my car/motorcycle/tractor is on or within the vicinity of the Ashford Vintage, Veteran & Classic Vehicle Event it will be covered by the minimum Road Traffic Insurance to include Third Party Insurance and will only be driven by a person insured to drive it. b) I understand that I am responsible for the security of the vehicle and will hold harmless the organisers and sponsors of the Ashford Vintage, Veteran & Classic Vehicle Event against any damage that may be caused to the vehicle whilst attending this event. c) I understand that my name and address will be kept only for the purposes of inviting me to future Ashford Vintage, Veteran & Classic Vehicle Events and but can be deleted by request to the Events Secretary below.
