Classic Vehicle Rally

a) During the whole of the period that my car/motorcycle/tractor is on or within the vicinity of the Ashford Vintage, Veteran & Classic Vehicle Event it will be covered by the minimum Road Traffic Insurance to include Third Party Insurance and will only be driven by a person insured to drive it. b) I understand that I am responsible for the security of the vehicle and will hold harmless the organisers and sponsors of the Ashford Classic Vehicle Event against any damage that may be caused to the vehicle whilst attending this event. c) I understand that my name and address will be kept for the purposes of inviting me to future Ashford Classic Vehicle Events, for event security purposes and but can be deleted by request to the Events Secretary below. d) Booking does not guarantee entry unless you receive an email from us confirming we have received your donation. e) Registration is only valid once a minimum payment of £10 pounds has been received per vehicle entry. f) You Agree to abide the event code of conduct below: (i) Anyone driving deliberately at a member of staff or the public, whether to entertain, intimidate, or to cause harm, will be reported to the police. (ii) Anyone displaying aggressive or abusive behaviour towards event staff or either patrons at the show will be escorted from the site and their details will be circulated to other shows as a safety risk. Police will be called if appropriate. (iii) Anyone driving around the site without supervision or permission of a Marshall will be banned from all future years of this event and circulation of details to other shows as a safety risk. (iv) A speed limit of 5mph will be adhered to at all times. Persistent or excessive infringement will result in a ban from all future years of this event and circulation of details to other shows as a safety risk. (v) Drivers must remain fit and legally safe to drive at all times. (vi) All vehicles should reverse into their spaces. Once in your booked space, you may not move into another space. If you park in the wrong space, contact a Marshall who will confirm the correct space before escorting you there. (vii) All vehicles must follow the one-way system to their space, and from it to the exit. Failure to do this will result in a ban from all future years of this event and their details will be circulated to other shoes as a safety risk. (viii) No charging of electrical appliances ( vapes) while vehicles on display and be mindful of what’s in the suns glare during event. Where appropriate please disconnect vehicle batteries in hot weather.
